This apartment is perfectly and strategically situated for visiting the main attractions of our area: cities boasting fine art, small historical towns, farms producing fine quality wines (wine tasting sessions in their cellars) and of course local restaurants offering traditional and delicious Tuscan fare. You may also wish to visit churches; such as the nearby ‘Santa Maria del Prato’ or the church of the ‘Misericordia’ (Compassion) dating back to the year 1300. Then there is the Museum of Sacred and Archeological Art, the Tower of ‘Water’, also known as the ‘Torre del Chianti’ (Tower of Chianti) from where you may enjoy a vast view of the area. We also suggest you visit Villa le Corti, a historical estate with Renaissance architecture surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. The Villa is also noted for its fine wine production. Just a stone’s throw away from ‘Casa Giuliana’ lie the public gardens with a play area for children; the
‘Teatro Niccolini’ (Niccolini Theatre), the cinema and the council swimming pool.
